  • Gutters fit between two tents and the drainage of water or debris filters to the sides of the tents
  • Aesthetically pleasing, so they are not only for keeping dry

    RENTAL & CANCELLATION POLICY

    Reservation and Deposit: 

      • A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation.
      • This deposit will be applied towards the balance of your order.
      • Reservation Timing:
      • To ensure availability, we recommend reserving your items as early as possible.Your reserved items are considered unavailable inventory to other potential clients.
      • Final Payment:
      • The final payment for your order is due 7 days prior to your event.
      • Accepted payment methods include e-transfers, cash, Visa, or Mastercard (additional transaction fees will apply).
      • Cancellation Policy (Reasons Other Than Pandemic or Fire):
      • In case of cancellation, the non-refundable deposit will be retained.
      • Postponement:
      • If you need to postpone your event to a further date, the non-refundable deposit can be honored towards the rescheduled date.
      • Cancellation due to Pandemic or Forest Fires:
      • In the event of cancellation due to a pandemic or forest fires, 50% of the non-refundable deposit will be refunded.

    Note: It is important to communicate any changes or cancellations as soon as possible. Failure to make the final payment by the specified deadline may result in the cancellation of your reservation without refund. This policy is in place to ensure fairness to our clients and to manage inventory effectively.
